Self Reflection and Personal Growth Journal Prompts
A great way to keep track of your journey of personal growth is to keep a journal. Explore those hard questions you would normally push away. Over time, your journal can become a fascinating log of your personal growth over the days, months, and years.
Journaling Tip: If you want to look back at old entries, consider color-coding them based on their subject matter. IE pink highlighted title if it’s about personal growth, purple if the entry is about relationships, and so on. It’ll make it easier to find things you’re looking for later.

Relationships and Connections Journal Prompts
One of my favorite things to jot down is conversations and quotes from people that stick in my head throughout the day. Don’t be scared to go outside of the box with these prompts – your journal is your safe place! Grab your journal and pour your heart out!
Journaling Tip: I like to keep a thing of sticky notes in my purse, and jot down anything someone says that really sticks out to me. That way, I know I’ll have it later to write down. Sometimes, i like to tape the note directly to the journal page to add some interest and dimension. Bonus points if it is on stationary related to the location that you heard the quote (ie a piece of paper from a restaurant or hotel).
